In Network Co-Insurance

In-network Co-insurance is the percent you pay of the allowed amount for covered health care services to providers who contract with your traditional health insurance or plan. To know the percentage you will be required to pay, look for the 80/20 or 70/30 etc designations. This payment is in addition to deductible and co-pays. In-network co-insurance usually costs you less than out-of-network co-insurance.
