In-network Co-payment or co-pay is a fixed amount (for example, $15) you pay for covered health care services to providers w ho contract with your health insurance or plan. In-network co-payments usually are less than out-of-network co-payments.

The Essential plans featured on www.apogeehealthdirect.net use the PHCS network for outpatient services. You can check if your doctor or urgent care is in-network at the HealthSite at www.apogeehealthdirect.net.

For inpatient or catastrophic medical services shared by Zion, there is no network and you are free to go to any facility of your choice.

For inpatient or catastrophic medical services SelectCare uses the PHCS network.
