How do I get support for Health Service Hub benefits?
I am having trouble registering my enrollment at the HSH...who can I turn to?

Before you can access many of the benefits that are included with your Essential (MEC Plus!) enrollment you must register your account at the Health Services Hub ("HSH"). Registering is easy and done online in a matter of minutes. You should have received an email entitled "additional MEC Plus! benefits" shortly after you enrolled. This contains step by step instructions for registering at the HSH. If you did not receive this email, or have misplaced or lost it, no problem! Just drop us a line and we will get a new one to your inbox ASAP. If you still have problems with your registration, or need assistance, don't hesitate to call us at 866-811-0911.
