If I have multiple benefit programs which one do I use?

Your AHD Essential (MEC Plus!) plan includes many additional benefits such as dental, vision, hearing, pharmacy, tele-medicine and others. In some cases, you may have more than one program to choose from, i.e. 3 prescription cards, 2 dental programs, 2 vision programs. THAT'S OK, as an AHD member you are entitled to all the programs you find on HSH. For example, if you have multiple dental programs, ask your dentist which one he accepts and which gives you the greatest discount. Multiple programs covering the same medical services is our way to really put the PLUS into your Essential (MEC Plus!) enrollment.
