With a QSEHRA, small employers set what amount they wish to contribute to employee healthcare.

Employees enroll in the healthcare that best fits their needs and budgets instead of a one size fits all group plan.

Employees pay their provider or insurance company directly, with no administrative burden for the employer.

Typically, QSEHRA amounts claimed by employees are paid monthly by their employer. Employer can choose whether their contribution will roll over from year to year while the employee is still employed by the business.

Reimbursement is tax-free to the employer and employee.
