What are the main differences between the Essential plans?

Currently www.apogeehealthdirect.net features two Essential plans, each of which has several coverage level options, ChoiceCare and Selectcare. Each is meant to provide you with day 1 (no deductible) access to outpatient doctors and services. SelectCare is an "all in one" program, inpatient AND outpatient services are covered in one policy.  ChoiceCare is component based, inpatient, doctor office outpatient and ancillary (dentist, vision etc.) are each covered by a different component.  Although they share many benefit similarities, each has a feature or features which set it apart from the others. including monthly premiums.
